👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Press tofu between kitchen paper to remove excess moisture; cut into 2cm cubes.
  2. 2Make teriyaki glaze: mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
  3. 3Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat.
  4. 4Fry tofu cubes for 5-6 minutes, turning until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5In the same wok, fry garlic and ginger 30 seconds.
  6. 6Add mixed peppers and broccoli; stir-fry 4 minutes.
  7. 7Add teriyaki glaze and simmer 1 minute until slightly thickened.
  8. 8Return tofu to wok; toss to coat and serve over white rice.
