👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain.\n2. Meanwhile, make the sauce: melt butter. Add flour and cook 1 minute.\n3. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a gentle boil, stirring, until thickened. Remove from heat.\n4. Stir in half the cheddar and dijon mustard.\n5. In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, flaked tuna, sweetcorn and the cheese sauce. Mix gently.\n6. Transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar.\n7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with a green salad.
