👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Halve pak choi lengthways. Cook basmati rice per packet instructions.
  2. 2Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl for glaze.
  3. 3Heat oil in a pan over very high heat until smoking. Sear tuna steaks 1.5 minutes each side for rare. Remove; rest 2 minutes.
  4. 4In the same pan add pak choi cut-side down; cook 2 minutes until golden. Add glaze and toss for 1 minute.
  5. 5Serve tuna over rice with pak choi and pour glaze over.
