👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Blanch green beans in boiling salted water 3 minutes; drain.
  2. 2Season tuna steaks generously on both sides.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a pan over very high heat. Sear tuna steaks 1.5-2 minutes each side for pink inside. Remove to rest.
  4. 4Reduce heat. Add butter and garlic to pan; cook 30 seconds.
