👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 170°C). Cook pasta per packet, drain.
  2. 2Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir for 1 minute to make a roux.
  3. 3Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. 4Stir in three-quarters of the grated Cheddar until melted.
  5. 5Mix cooked pasta, flaked tuna, and sweetcorn in the cheese sauce.
  6. 6Pour into a baking dish. Scatter remaining Cheddar on top.
  7. 7Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
