👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Boil a pan of salted water. Cook baby potatoes for 15 mins until tender. Add green beans in last 4 mins. Drain.
  2. 2Whisk together wholegrain mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil for the dressing.
  3. 3Season tuna steaks and sear in a very hot pan for 1–2 mins per side. Rest 2 mins, then halve.
  4. 4Arrange lettuce on plates. Add potatoes, green beans, halved cherry tomatoes, and quartered eggs.
