👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Pierce potato all over with a fork.
  2. 2Microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Check if cooked through - microwave another 2 minutes if needed.
  3. 3Meanwhile drain tuna and mix with Greek yoghurt and sliced spring onions.
  4. 4Cut potato open and fluff flesh with a fork.
  5. 5Fill with tuna mixture and top with grated cheddar.
  6. 6Microwave a further 30 seconds to melt cheese if desired.
