👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool in iced water and peel. Slice into rounds.\n2. Drain tuna and flake into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, fresh chives and a pinch of salt.\n3. Toast wholemeal bread and butter lightly.\n4. Arrange lettuce on the bread.\n5. Spoon the tuna mixture over the lettuce.\n6. Arrange egg slices on top. Season with black pepper and serve.
