👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Season beef steak with salt and pepper. Seal in a very hot pan 1-2 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.\n2. Mix soured cream with horseradish sauce and a squeeze of lemon.\n3. Butter all slices of wholemeal bread. On the bottom slice, spread the horseradish cream.\n4. Add half the beef slices and half the watercress. Place the middle slice on top.\n5. On the middle slice, spread more horseradish cream. Add cucumber and remaining beef. Top with final slice.\n6. Secure with cocktail sticks. Cut into quarters and serve.
