  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C. Cook pasta per packet instructions (2 minutes under); drain.\n2. Dice onion and fry in olive oil 4 minutes. Add garlic; fry 1 minute.\n3. Add passata and tinned tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Season.\n4. Mix pasta into the sauce in a large baking dish.\n5. Tear mozzarella over the top. Scatter cheddar on top.\n6. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling. Serve with fresh basil.
