👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C. Cook pasta per packet instructions (2 minutes under); drain.
  2. 2Dice onion and fry in olive oil 4 minutes. Add garlic; fry 1 minute.
  3. 3Add passata and tinned tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Season.
  4. 4Mix pasta into the sauce in a large baking dish.
  5. 5Tear mozzarella over the top. Scatter cheddar on top.
  6. 6Bake 20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling. Serve with fresh basil.
