👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C.\n2. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water according to packet instructions (usually 10-12 minutes). Drain.\n3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan. Cook white onion until soft, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.\n4. Add tinned tomatoes and tomato puree. Season with salt, oregano and basil. Simmer 10 minutes until thickened.\n5. Toss drained pasta into the tomato sauce. Mix well.\n6. Transfer to a large baking dish. Top with grated cheddar and mozzarella.\n7. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.\n8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
