  1. 1Press tofu and cut into 2cm cubes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.\n2. Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat. Fry tofu 6-8 minutes, turning until golden on all sides.\n3. Add garlic and fresh ginger; fry 30 seconds.\n4. Add mixed peppers and pak choi; stir-fry 3 minutes.\n5. Pour in teriyaki sauce; toss everything together until sauce is sticky and coats everything.\n6. Serve over white rice.
