👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Press tofu by wrapping in kitchen paper for 10 minutes, then cut into 2cm cubes.\n2. Cook egg noodles according to packet; drain and set aside.\n3. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high. Add tofu and fry 4-5 minutes, turning, until golden. Remove.\n4. Add olive oil. Stir-fry red and green peppers for 2-3 minutes.\n5. Add pak choi leaves and stir-fry 1-2 minutes until just wilted.\n6. Add edamame beans and cook 1 minute. Return tofu.\n7. Add soy sauce and a drizzle of honey. Toss to coat.\n8. Add noodles and toss together for 2 minutes. Serve topped with fresh coriander.
