👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut into 2cm cubes.
  2. 2Cook egg noodles per packet instructions, drain.
  3. 3Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Fry tofu cubes for 6 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4In the same wok stir-fry peppers, pak choi, and garlic for 3 minutes.
  5. 5Return tofu to wok. Add noodles, soy sauce, and sriracha. Toss together for 2 minutes.
  6. 6Serve immediately.
