👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Press tofu and cut into 2cm cubes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat. Fry tofu 6-8 minutes, turning until golden on all sides.
  3. 3Add garlic and fresh ginger; fry 30 seconds.
  4. 4Add mixed peppers and pak choi; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. 5Pour in teriyaki sauce; toss everything together until sauce is sticky and coats everything.
  6. 6Serve over white rice.
