👨‍🍳 Method

  2. 2Press tofu dry with kitchen paper. Cut into 2cm cubes.
  3. 3Heat coconut oil in a pan over high heat. Fry tofu 5-6 minutes, turning, until golden on all sides.
  4. 4Add soy sauce and sriracha; toss to coat.
  5. 5Cook edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
