👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl for the teriyaki glaze.
  2. 2Marinate salmon fillets in half the glaze for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Cook egg noodles per packet, drain and toss with a little oil.
  4. 4Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  5. 5Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. 6Add pak choi and the remaining teriyaki sauce, stir-fry 2 more minutes.
  7. 7Push vegetables aside, sear marinated salmon 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  8. 8Serve salmon over noodles with the stir-fried vegetables alongside.
