  1. 1Cook egg noodles per packet instructions; drain.
  2. 2Slice tempeh into 1cm cubes.
  3. 3Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat. Fry tempeh 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove.
  4. 4Add pak choi and garlic to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add drained noodles, soy sauce, and sriracha. Toss 2 minutes.
  6. 6Return tempeh to wok and toss to combine.
