👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200C.\n2. Place chicken thighs in a large baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.\n3. Roast for 15 minutes.\n4. Meanwhile, mix BBQ sauce with a splash of soy sauce and a little honey.\n5. Brush the BBQ mixture generously over the chicken thighs.\n6. Return to oven and roast another 15 minutes, brushing with more sauce halfway through, until chicken is cooked and skin is sticky.\n7. Meanwhile, cook corn cobs in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes.\n8. Serve chicken thighs with corn cobs and a green salad. A squeeze of lime over the top is excellent.
