👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add wholegrain mustard and chilli flakes; sizzle 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. 22. Add onion and cook 8 minutes until softened. Add ginger and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
  3. 33. Add tikka masala paste, ground turmeric and ground cumin; stir 1 minute.
  4. 44. Pour in passata and coconut milk; stir and bring to a simmer.
  5. 55. Add raw king prawns; cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until prawns are pink and curled.
  6. 66. Stir in brown sugar and a squeeze of lime; cook 3 minutes until sauce has thickened. Finish with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice.
