👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Dice onion and fry in olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add garlic and fresh ginger; fry 1 minute.
  3. 3Add red lentils, tinned tomatoes and 800ml water. Stir well.
  4. 4Add ground turmeric and vegetable stock cubes; bring to a simmer.
  5. 5Cook 20 minutes until lentils are completely soft and creamy.
