👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Season chicken with smoked paprika, ground cumin and salt. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes per side. Rest and slice.\n2. Drain black beans and sweetcorn. Dice mango.\n3. Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Top with chicken, black beans, sweetcorn and mango.\n4. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onion.\n5. Drizzle over olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and chilli flakes. Toss and serve.
