👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C. Cook wholewheat pasta per packet (2 min under); drain.
  2. 2Make cheese sauce: melt butter in a pan, add flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thick. Stir in half the cheddar.
  3. 3Flake smoked salmon and combine with pasta, sweetcorn and cheese sauce in a large baking dish.
  4. 4Mix breadcrumbs with remaining cheddar; scatter over the top.
