👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Cut pork shoulder into large chunks; season generously.\n2. Place pork in the slow cooker with sliced onions, carrots and apple chunks.\n3. Add chicken stock, cider, Dijon mustard, sage and bay leaves.\n4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3.5 hours until pork is tender.\n5. Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch slurry if desired.\n6. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
