👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Season chicken thighs with cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric and chilli flakes.\n2. Place onions and garlic in the slow cooker; add chicken thighs on top.\n3. Add tinned tomatoes, chicken stock, chickpeas, olives and harissa paste.\n4. Cook on LOW for 5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until chicken is cooked.\n5. Add preserved lemon rind and fresh coriander. Serve with couscous or flatbread.
