👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Rub lamb shoulder all over with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Place in the slow cooker. Add onion wedges and bay leaves.
  3. 3Pour in chicken stock around the lamb.
  4. 4Cook on LOW for 10 hours or HIGH for 5 hours until lamb pulls apart with two forks.
  5. 5Remove lamb; shred with forks. Mix with the cooking liquid.
  6. 6Serve on crusty bread rolls with coleslaw mix and BBQ sauce.
