👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Rub lamb shoulder with garam masala, ground cumin, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.\n2. Place onions and garlic in the slow cooker with a splash of oil.\n3. Add the seasoned lamb shoulder on top of the onions.\n4. Pour in tinned tomatoes and chicken stock; add bay leaves and ground fennel.\n5. Cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until lamb is falling from the bone.\n6. Stir in Greek yoghurt; serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.
