👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Brown beef mince in a pan over high heat (optional step — can skip for true dump-and-run).\n2. Place all ingredients except kidney beans in the slow cooker: onion, garlic, beef, tomatoes, tomato puree, chipotle, cumin, chilli powder and stock.\n3. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.\n4. Stir in kidney beans for the final 30 minutes.\n5. Season to taste; serve with rice, soured cream and fresh coriander.
