👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cut chicken breasts into large chunks. Dice carrots and potatoes into 3cm cubes.
  2. 2Place all vegetables in the slow cooker with chicken stock cubes and water.
  3. 3Add the chicken chunks on top. Season generously.
  4. 4Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  5. 5Stir in frozen peas for the last 20 minutes.
  6. 6Thicken with a little cornstarch slurry mixed into the stew if desired. Serve with crusty bread.
