👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Place sweet potatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, tomatoes and onion in the slow cooker.\n2. Add tomato puree, stock, chilli powder, cumin, smoked paprika and garlic.\n3. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until sweet potato is tender.\n4. Stir in lime juice; season to taste.\n5. Serve over rice with avocado, soured cream and fresh coriander.
