👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender (15 minutes), drain and mash with butter and milk. Season.
  3. 3Dice onions and carrots. Mince garlic.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof pan. Fry onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Add lamb mince and brown for 5 minutes.
  6. 6Add garlic, tinned tomatoes, tomato purée, and frozen peas. Season and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. 7Spread mashed potato over the filling.
  8. 8Bake for 20 minutes until golden on top.
