👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Halve baby potatoes. Slice mixed peppers and red onions into thick strips.
  3. 3Spread potatoes, peppers and onions on a large baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  4. 4Nestle pork sausages between the veg.
