👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200C. Boil baby potatoes 5 minutes; drain and halve.
  2. 2Toss potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Spread on a large sheet pan.
  3. 3Add chunked pork sausages, sliced peppers and onion wedges to the pan.
  4. 4Drizzle everything with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  5. 5Roast 30 minutes, turning once, until sausages are golden and potatoes are crispy.
  6. 6Serve with a dollop of wholegrain mustard.
