👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Slice onions and carrots. Mince garlic.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large casserole pot. Brown sausages on all sides, then remove and slice into chunks.
  3. 3In the same pot fry onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  5. 5Return sausages to pot. Add tinned tomatoes, passata, and kidney beans.
  6. 6Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. 7Serve with wholemeal bread.
