👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Steam or microwave broccoli florets for 4 minutes until just tender.
  3. 3Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli in an ovenproof dish.
  4. 4Fry garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds, then pour in double cream. Simmer 2 minutes and stir in most of the cheddar.
  5. 5Pour cream sauce over salmon and broccoli. Scatter remaining cheddar on top.
  6. 6Bake 15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and topping is golden and bubbling.
