👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Season salmon fillets and pat dry.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, pressing gently. Flip and cook 2 more minutes. Rest.

  4. 4Arrange spinach in bowls. Add cucumber and avocado slices.
