👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook wholewheat pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 2Dice onion; mince garlic.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onion 4 minutes. Add garlic and tomato purée; cook 1 minute.
  4. 4Add Quorn mince and fry 3 minutes.
  5. 5Add tinned tomatoes and passata. Simmer 15 minutes until thickened.
  6. 6Season well.
  7. 7Serve over pasta with grated parmesan.
