👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C. Cook wholewheat pasta until just al dente (1-2 minutes less than packet). Drain.
  2. 2Fry diced onion in olive oil for 4 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add tinned tomatoes and passata. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in prawns and cooked pasta. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. 5Top with grated cheddar.
