👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook egg noodles per packet instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  3. 3Push prawns to the side, crack in eggs and scramble.
  4. 4Add noodles, garlic, sweetcorn, fish sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice. Toss together for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. 6Serve topped with spring onions.
