👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200C.\n2. Cut baby potatoes in half. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Spread on a large baking tray.\n3. Nestle pork sausages among the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil.\n4. Roast for 15 minutes.\n5. Meanwhile, slice red peppers and white onion into thick strips.\n6. Add peppers and onion to the tray. Mix honey and dijon mustard together and pour over everything. Toss gently.\n7. Return to oven and roast another 20 minutes until sausages are cooked and potatoes are golden.\n8. Serve with a green vegetable or simple salad.
