👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook white rice per packet instructions, ideally day-old rice works best.
  2. 2Slice pork belly into small strips and fry in a wok over high heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3In the same wok add oil, crack in eggs and scramble quickly.
  4. 4Add rice, frozen peas, garlic, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. 5Return pork belly to the wok and toss everything together.
  6. 6Garnish with spring onions and serve.
