👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cut pork belly into 3cm cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Place pork belly in a cold dry pan. Heat to high and cook 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally, until fat is rendered and cubes are deeply golden and crispy.
  3. 3Meanwhile, steam or boil broccoli florets 4 minutes; drain.
  4. 4Pour off most of the rendered fat. Add garlic and fry 30 seconds.
  5. 5Add broccoli and soy sauce; toss everything together for 2 minutes.
  6. 6Serve hot.
