👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Snap off woody asparagus ends. Blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes; drain.
  2. 2Pat salmon dry, season both sides.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down 4 minutes, pressing gently. Flip and cook 2 minutes more.
  4. 4Remove salmon. Add butter to pan and cook over medium heat until golden and nutty.
  5. 5Add asparagus to pan for 1 minute.
  6. 6Plate salmon and asparagus. Pour lemon butter over.
