👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Press tofu and cut into 2cm cubes. Pat dry.
  2. 2Mix miso paste, soy sauce, fresh ginger and a splash of water for the dressing.
  3. 3Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Fry tofu cubes 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5Add kale to the pan; stir-fry 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. 6Add frozen edamame; stir-fry 1 minute.
  7. 7Return tofu to the pan. Pour miso dressing over everything; toss until glossy and coated.
  8. 8Serve over white rice with sesame seeds sprinkled over.
