👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Halve new potatoes. Toss with olive oil, garlic, dried oregano and black pepper on a large baking tray.
  3. 3Nestle chicken thighs between the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season well.
  4. 4Scatter cherry tomatoes, olives and red onion slices over everything.
