  1. 1Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.

  3. 3Fry bacon medallions in olive oil until crispy. Add garlic for 1 minute.
  4. 4Remove pan from heat, add drained pasta and toss well.
