👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Cut white potatoes into chunky chips; toss with olive oil and rosemary. Spread on baking tray.
  3. 3Roast potatoes 15 minutes.
  4. 4Pat salmon fillets dry. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
  5. 5Push potatoes to the sides; place salmon fillets on the tray.
  6. 6Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and a little olive oil.
  7. 7Roast 15-18 minutes until salmon is cooked through and potatoes are golden.
  8. 8Mix Greek yoghurt with lemon zest, garlic and chives for a side sauce.
