  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Halve potatoes; toss with olive oil and roast 15 minutes.
  2. 2Trim asparagus and add to the tray; roast a further 8 minutes.
  3. 3Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and garlic; spoon over salmon.
  4. 4Bake salmon 12-14 minutes until just cooked through.
  5. 5Serve salmon alongside roasted potatoes and asparagus with a lemon wedge.
