👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Mix lamb mince with minced garlic and spices of choice (cumin, coriander). Shape into 8 koftas.
  2. 2Cook couscous: pour boiling water over couscous (1:1 ratio), cover and rest 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and add lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. 3Grill or pan-fry koftas over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning, until cooked through.
  4. 4Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes. Mix with remaining lemon juice.
  5. 5Serve koftas over couscous with salad and yoghurt on the side.
